Terms & Conditions

Everything you need to know before your Surfador stay. Last updated June 2026 · v1.0

A booking with Surfador is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from our team and a deposit payment has been processed. Until both conditions are met, no accommodation, package, or experience is reserved.

Surfador accepts bank transfer, major cards, and selected online payment providers. All prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated. Currency exchange fees are the responsibility of the guest. Payment in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) is available for in-person services at the lodge.

The following schedule applies to all confirmed bookings:

  • 90+ days before arrival — full refund minus processing fees
  • 60–89 days — 75% refund
  • 30–59 days — 50% refund
  • 14–29 days — 25% refund
  • 0–13 days / No show — no refund

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

We aim to accommodate changes where possible. Please contact us as early as possible via WhatsApp or email.

Important: surf conditions, weather, ocean forecasts, tidal patterns, and wave quality cannot be guaranteed. The Atlantic operates on its own schedule. Surfador reserves the right to adapt surf locations, session schedules, and activities based on safety assessments. Alternatives will be offered where conditions do not permit the original plan. No refund is due solely on the basis of surf conditions differing from expectations.

Day trips, excursions, wellness sessions, surf coaching, and all other experiences are subject to weather, minimum group sizes, and third-party operator availability. Where an activity cannot take place, a comparable alternative or credit will be offered.

All guests participate in surf lessons, activities, and experiences voluntarily and at their own risk. By booking, guests confirm they are in good physical health with no known medical conditions preventing safe participation.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and equipment. Surfador accepts no liability for costs that would be covered by appropriate travel insurance.

Surfador is a community built on mutual respect — for fellow guests, our team, local culture, and the ocean. Surfador reserves the right to ask guests who do not respect this code to leave without refund.

Surfador’s liability is limited to the reasonable standard of a responsible hospitality and surf services operator.

Surfador shall not be held liable for failure to fulfil obligations caused by events entirely beyond our reasonable control — extreme weather, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, and similar. In such situations we will make every reasonable effort to offer alternative dates, credit notes, or partial refunds.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Disputes shall be subject to [Competent Court / Arbitration Body]. Surfador will always attempt to resolve disputes informally and in good faith first.
